Tours to the Simpson DesertThe Simpson Desert is a trip which is all camping, tents, swags etc, and takes about twelve days to complete depending on where we leave from, lf we left from Mildura that would be the case, but if, for instance we had to pick people up from Adelaide it would be an extra day.
The first day usually takes us to the Flinders Rangers where we would stay overnight , next day travel up the Oodnadatta Track through Oodnadatta and William Creek and camp the night at Dalhousie Springs ,which a beautiful hot spring ,where you can relax and enjoy a swim and camp the night before heading off across the desert which takes about three days to reach Birdsville, where we spend the night.
Next we travel to Innamincka on the Cooper Creek ,passing through Cordillow Downs on the way, after camping the night on the banks of the Cooper and maybe land a few fish,we head on down to Tibooburra either through Moomba or along the Bore track stopping off at Camrons Corner, the pub on three borders.
From Tibaburra we drive to Broken Hill and stay the night and after visiting Silverton drive the last leg back to Mildura, depending on our guests we can spend more time in places where requested.
Tour costs about $3,600 per person ALL INCLUSIVE.
